(All prices include shipping costs)

Once you have paid for your artwork, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive the purchase confirmation email. If you experience any issues with receiving the order confirmation, please contact us at info@iocoBoutique.com for further assistance.

Shipping
Within 4 working days after your purchase, the artwork will be shipped to you through a trusted courier service. Once shipped, you will receive a separate email with proof of delivery, packaging process (see below), and tracking number. All orders are traceable, securely sent, and insured against accidental damage while in transit. Once your artwork has been delivered, it will no longer be covered by insurance.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL PACKAGES ARE SENT WITH A SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT!

  1. All artworks are shipped unframed to allow for your creative framing preferences and needs.
  2. Artwork is rolled and protected in a double-secured shipping tube. This means the artwork will be rolled, wrapped, placed into a tube, and then placed into a second larger tube for secure protection.
  3. You will receive an email with clear JPEG pictures as follows:
  • Flat image of the artwork
  • Wrapped/protected artwork
  • Packaged artwork (open)
  • Packaged artwork (closed and labeled)

Upon arrival, PLEASE INSPECT the package for any visible damages. If damages are present, we recommend taking timestamped pictures of the damaged package and a timestamped picture of the proof of signature.

(PLEASE NOTE THAT TIMESTAMPS MUST BE WITHIN SECONDS OF EACH OTHER)

We are unable to redirect orders to a different mailing address after they have been shipped. Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address when placing your order. However, you may check with the courier directly to see if they can fulfill your address change request.


Refunds/Exchanges

You have 7 days from the date of receipt to request a refund or exchange. On the 8th day, refunds or exchanges will no longer be granted.

All refunds and exchanges will be processed through email notifications.
For change-of-mind returns, we require an explanation by email in order to process your request.

FOR CHANGE OF MIND – REFUNDS:

You have 7 days from the date of receipt to request a refund. On the 8th day, refunds will no longer be granted.

You will only be reimbursed for the price of the artwork and applicable taxes. Shipping costs, import duties, customs, and local sales taxes are non-refundable.

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method used at purchase. Please note that it may take up to 10 days for the refund to appear in your account.

 FOR EXCHANGES:

You have 7 days from the date of receipt to request an exchange. On the 8th day, exchanges will no longer be granted.

You can only exchange for an artwork of equal value or pay the difference for a higher-priced piece. We require an explanation by email in order to process your request. Once accepted, you will need to repackage the artwork in the same manner it was sent to you. You will also need to cover the shipping costs and provide proof of tracking and insurance. Once received, you will be contacted to proceed with your exchange.

FOR DAMAGES:

All refund or exchange requests due to damages must be submitted via email with proof of damages to fulfill the request.

Once your request is reviewed and accepted by the insurance company, a full refund will be granted.
