Refund policy
We have a 7-day exchange policy only, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. Returns are not supported for issues such as ordering the wrong size, selecting the wrong color or changing your mind.
Exchanges are only applicable if the product was damaged during shipping or if there is a manufacturing defect, or if the wrong item was shipped to you.
To be eligible for an exchange, you must provide clear photos of the damaged product or manufacturing defect along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
